What installation services does 7 Dollar WiFi offer? 7 Dollar WiFi offers turnkey single source installation services that meet the need of each individual client. These services can range from voice/data/video cabling as well as all hardware to single device installation or software upgrades.


What are the costs associated with 7 Dollar WiFi? Every Service Request or Project RFP is reviewed by our Project Management Team and pricing is based on the specific Statement of Work. Projects and Service Requests may be priced on a per hour, per day, or per event level, based on the customer’s specific requirements. Typically, our field service and project management costs average 20% less than the “one size fits all” pricing of our competitors.  We believe that a customer should not be charged for a skill set that is not required allowing 7 Dollar WiFi to be extremely competitive with our rates.


Does 7 Dollar WiFi have a minimum charge for onsite services? 7 Dollar WiFi does have a two hour onsite minimum for all service requests. All additional time beyond two hours is invoiced in quarter hour increments.


Does 7 Dollar WiFi charge port to port or other travel charges? 7 Dollar WiFi does not charge port to port charges or other travel charges. The exception to this would be if you as a customer request a specific technician visit sites nationally or in a region outside of their local market. In these cases all costs are proposed upfront Our model allows us to deliver qualified local resources to avoid travel charges. However, in certain situations based on scope of work’s challenges we have found competitive ways to deliver teams of technicians that work both regionally and nationally on a specific project.


What are the typical terms extended by 7 Dollar WiFi? Due to our competitive service rates 7 Dollar WiFi requires payment within Net 30 days of receipt of invoice in most scenarios. Other terms may be negotiated during the RFP response process.
